I brought 3 shirts, two shorts, my toothbrush and toothpaste, soap and shampoo, spoon and fork, plastic plate and cup, forgot my slippers and sunblock, cap/sumbrero, couple of underwear, kumot, towel, a digital camera (refer to my "blessed" titled blog dude!), and a lot of crazy ideas plus my complink buddy Reym brought a tent good for 3 persons and his guitar…

Img_0076at first when Rey was talking me into this hike just after hearing that we were going to bath in the crystal clear waters or the Daraitan River i immediately blabbered out "Okay yan! cge sama ko!" i was too excited about the swim that i almost forgot we had to hike for like an hour… heheheheh! But it’s okay coz i walk fast and i really enjoyed the trees and the mountains and the views and it was so peaceful and calm and the air was as fresh as it could get, unlike the here in Metro Manila! heheheheh!

When i was taking these pictures i felt like somehow i’m in a place simmilar to the places portrayed in my favorite anime Naruto… Like the Konoha Village or a ninja village is just nearby… heheheh! joke! Baka naman NPA village talaga ang malapit dito! joke! heheheheh!

Note that the pictures with dates on them are from Mr. Rey’s camera… yup! if you haven’t heard of him he claims to be the "handy man" he even recorder his own version of the song "handy man"… if u see him he’s like a mini-stuntman! like a mini transporter of some sort with matching action scene stunts and some silly "kung fu" poses… heheheh!

Wow! com’on dude! let’s go dive and feed ourselves to the alligators! joke! heheheheheh! are you kidding me!? even kids as young as 2 years old swim in these parts… just smell the breeze okay!?

Img_0073 Freeman Pose! "somewhere over the rainbow!" joke! as you could see here in this picture theres a lot of boulders, Rey said that these are actually marble rocks, and that the Rizal Mountains are know for the marble quarries…

In the afternoon i found myself lying-relaxing , laying my back against the mildy cold rushing waters, my body submerged in the water except for my face… It was as vivid as i could imagine right now when i close my eyes… i still feel the soothing waters, face up into the sky so blue, bluer than any other skies i’ve ever seen in my life, it was a rejuvenating… it felt hundreds of times more comfortable than the most comfortable matress, more relaxing than the massages those blind-expert massauers could give you, Reym even called it mother nature’s spa… it was one of my most unforgettable minutes in my whole life……. it was so calm and relaxing i fell asleep for a few minutes…. wow…

Yup! there were ten of us… and no need for words we really enjoyed, we escaped the bussiness and the noisy-polluted everyday life in the city…

But one of the things i forgot to bring was sunblock, Rey and Reym forgot to bring their own anyways the three of us suffered sunburns we got from too much "spa" relaxing under the sun… we got burned enough that we shed skins on our backs and arms… our workmates were like "eow"ing and "yuck"ing us whenever we showed them our backs with sheds of skin… lesson learned really painful…

Fantasy: Me and my Tropaks 3 days on Daraitan, just enough time to enjoy the water, the hike and delve into the caves… coz unluckily we didn’t have time to go to the caves… phew! what a bummer! but it’s okay coz i was there for the relaxation part so still-mission accomplished….

God Bless! end of blog…….
